Catalent Pharma Solutions are currently looking to discover a recent graduate to join the Project Management team as a Project Coordinator based at our purpose built site in Bathgate, Scotland.
As a recent graduate from any discipline we offer you the opportunity to join our skilled and dedicated Project Management department to support our Project Managers in their daily activities. This role would offer you the opportunity to gain not only vital experience of working in a Project team but also provide an understanding of how the Clinical Supplies and Clinical Trials are organised and how they interact with the rest of the business.

As a Project Coordinator you will work with a diverse team of Catalent employees throughout the full Catalent life cycle from proposal to close. You will engage with the proposals team, packaging, storage and logistics departments on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will follow up on assigned tasks and track timelines in support of Project Managers activities as well as a range of other administrative tasks. It is likely you will become proficient with JD Edwards and/or Change Point as needed, and will perform simple entries and tracking as needed.
You may also support the training and mentoring of other Project Coordinators within the team and would likely manage small, simple projects that generally require minimal client interaction. This would include:
Will act as single point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to Customer questions and observations.
Will be the Client Advocate for work on their site.
Preparation and management of a Project Plan to meet required milestones.
Lead meetings with client and internal teams to facilitate project completion.
Deliver the project within agreed upon timeline and budget.
Provide notification of milestone completions for billing to finance.
Assist in meetings (e.g. supply calls) with client, external vendors and internal teams to facilitate project completion. This will include tracking of key actions and minute/note taking.
To be successful in this role you will need evidence of:
Graduate from any discipline. Pharmaceutical or Project based course is an advantage
IT literate with experience of the full Microsoft suite with an emphasis on very strong Excel skills
Project Management training
Project based IT systems i.e. Visio
