Description

Principal Responsibilities:

• Proven leadership skills, with experience of managing local and remote teams effectively

• Proven customer service experience. Responsible for maintaining several different corporate systems throughout the software request life cycle and producing reports on an as needed basis

• Develop and continuously enhance strong “trusted advisory” partnerships with all internal stakeholders and business colleagues.

• Provide guidance and training to software requestors on the software ordering and approval process

• Evaluate requests across the businesses to identify areas for consolidation and leveraging in an effort to create and take advantage of save opportunities

• Proactively follow up and monitor progress of all outstanding issues until completion, and continually relay the status to the requestor

Req Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

• Proven leadership skills, with experience of managing local and remote teams effectively

• Proven customer service experience.

• Strong teamwork skills are decisive for the role.

• High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

• Data analysis, planning, multi tasking and prioritization skills.

• Influencing skills are essential for this role across all levels of the organization.

• Strong work ethic and excellent use of discretion and judgment

• Ability to build strong relationships both in person and virtually.

• Effective communication skills at all levels

• Ability to analyze complex issues and present findings and potential solutions to various levels of management

Desired Skills:

• Software Asset Management experience, Knowledge of the commercial attributes of software (license types, maintenance, payment models, and licensing and usage rights) is strongly preferred

• ITIL / extensive Sigma experience
