This role sits within our newly transformed HR function and you will be part of Mondelez Business Services (MBS), supporting the business across a range of HR activity from Hire to Retire (HTR). Leads the MBS Recruiting Team to provide sourcing, recruiting and onboarding services providing day-to-day guidance and direction to execute recruiting processes
Collaborates with other HTR Sub-Tower Leads to build a high-performing Employee Services Delivery
Represents Recruitment at the MBS HR Leadership Team
Champions and drives the implementation of recruiting initiatives, and tools in partnership with global technology team and retained TA
Formulates strategy for sourcing channels to inform recruiting collateral and social media sourcing vehicles
Drives global process standardization
Ensures areas for continuous improvements are identified, prioritized, assigned and delivered; Collaborates with stakeholders to maintain the efficiency, effectiveness and excellence of the team
Owns relationship with global vendor and handles escalation of issues
Works in collaboration with Regional Leadership to ensure business needs are identified and met
Leads, coaches, motivates, trains and inspires direct reports to deliver team and project goals and develop talented individuals who can move on to other HR roles or other roles in the business
Accountable for budget
- Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
Skills & Experience:
Significant experience in HR and Recruitment including workforce planning and logistics
Experience working in a global organisation and shared service organisation
Excellent relationship management experience with customer service focus
Experience in process standardisation, implementation and management for recruiting, sourcing and coordination processes
Experience in continuous improvement
Proven effective team leader, experience coaching, mentoring and facilitating discussions
Relationship management experience with client-focus
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable with data and data analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
