The Engagement Customer Operations team aim to provide the best-in-class engagement support to Technology Services (TS) Customer Operations and to become a key differentiator in business success. Project Controllers will provide support to all engagements across TS Consulting during key stages within the engagement life cycle from Presales, Bid and Delivery, through to Project Close

The Project Analyst partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.) to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions). Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business- and corporate-wide objectives. Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies. Has the fiduciary responsibility to represent financial results correctly both internally and externally. Ensures strong business controls.


  • Provides financial analysis for a function or business.

  • Performs data extraction and analyzes data to make recommendations.

  • Handles financial business issues.

  • Provides analytics to business initiatives

  • Develops an understanding of the company's financial processes and a working knowledge of the business.

  • Maximise the TS Consulting business financial performance through financial reporting & control at the engagement level.

  • Controls & manages end to end financial & administrative transactions from bid to engagement closure. (May include: pre-sales support, approval checks, order entry, cost & revenue recognition, forecasting support, margin tracking, customer invoicing processes, inventory management, balance sheet reconciliations, third party vendor processes, accounts receivable support, overall engagement administration & engagement financial reporting. )

  • Provides engagement financial information & analysis to the Project Manager.

  • Acts as an advisor & consultant to the Project Manager on engagement financial & administrative processes.

  • Advises the Project Manager on progress & issues, providing early visibility of potential problems.

  • Maintains & is responsible for high standards of business controls. Manages project file retention.

  • Participates in and responsible for successful completion of audits

  • Works closely with Project Manager & project team, and Finance to ensure a successful project.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 1+ years analytical experience.

  • Maximise the TS Consulting business financial performance through financial reporting & control at the engagement level.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic understanding of accounting processes.

  • Basic analytical skills.

  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good teamwork skills.
