Telemarketer/Administrator Education Services
The Education Services Tele Marketing / Admin role is focused on generating and taking supplied leads; following up via telephone and email on marketing and promotional campaigns; identifying Education Services sales opportunities to drive the backsell pipeline of business for JDA Education Services EMEA within the existing customer base. This role will be responsible for Education Services tele marketing activities in addition to providing admin support to the Education Director for training course coordination and setup.
Actively conduct lead generation activities to maximize market exposure and identify opportunities, whilst ensuring appropriate follow up and qualification of prospects/leads.
Work the retail, Manufacturing and 3PL/Distribution verticals in EMEA and cover as many contacts as possible
Qualify leads via the phone, web, email and direct mail campaigns
Generate suggested target marketing lists for discussion and agreement with Education Services lead prior to any direct marketing communications, promotional campaigns and events
Actively participate in the formulation of new Education Services promotional campaigns for marketing JDA Education Services’ products and services in order to secure new opportunities in our existing customer base
Identify and qualify the customer training needs, timelines, business issues and obstacles for hand off to the Education Services lead
Make recommendations to customers on appropriate JDA Education Services product and services options
Participate in the opportunity reviews and reach out and collaborate with the appropriate Education opportunity owners in the assigned accounts
Support achievement of regional quarterly booking targets
Track all relevant activity in salesforce.com (including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, opportunity pipeline, etc)
Support coordination and administration for Education training courses
Skilled and comfortable at reaching business contacts sourcing new business leads via both warm leads and cold calling within our existing customer base
Able to communicate and build relationships with our existing customer base
Basic marketing or customer service experience
Basic knowledge in lead management processes and experience in contact management software (beneficial)
Attention to detail

Demonstrated professionalism. Effectively manage multiple priorities
Understand the software/IT industry (beneficial)
Understand software training services (beneficial)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in active listening, effective telephone skills
Excellent written English language skills - writing, grammar and punctuation
As a minimum, business fluency in English
Additional language skills are a plus (e.g. French, German)
Good usage of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
Motivated, confident, self-sufficient, focused and determined

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
