Key Responsibilities

  • Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extensions to existing or new customers

  • Is responsible for own accounts & territory, running the full sales cycle from start to finish and building longstanding relationships with those customers

  • Accurately updates and utilizes Salesforce.com to track all sales activities

  • Meets or exceeds quota goals in an assigned market with a DELLEMC Team. Ensures sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually as well as exceeds activity for scheduled calls, opportunities added, net new accounts and solutions sold.

  • Effectively leverages internal resources (e.g. District Manager, Technical Consultants, Solution Specialists, Global Financial Services) and local resources to drive transactional volume

  • Collaborates with manager to develop territory plan to identify key target markets and plans sales campaigns to drive demand to a dedicated partner

  • Builds and develops relationships with an assigned team and maintains contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, basic and complex issue resolution, and DELLEMC’s footprint expansion

  • Maintains working knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position Dell EMC products effectively with customers. .
