Job Description

The job holder will initially be responsible for the following administrative tasks including:

Travel arrangements including booking international flights, transport, accommodation, requesting visas and passport applications

Entering travel details and agendas in Outlook calendars for the VPs

Entering, scanning and submitting Expenses

After the initial 6 months the role may develop to include the following tasks: Assisting with UK and overseas conference arrangements Assisting with arrangements for new joiners to the Company such as ordering computer equipment, mobile phones and organising inductions

Updating the -Blue Book- (the Atlas Copco employee directory) Ordering business cards

Ad hoc duties when required
