We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Personal Assistant/Administrator, who has worked in a global organisation, to join our team in Group Finance based at our Central Cambridge offices.

Reporting into the Director, External Financial Reporting, this is an exciting opportunity for you to take on a challenging, proactive and varied role operating as a key member of the team. You will be using your excellent organisational skills to support the team with meeting their key reporting requirements. You will be responsible for the coordination of meetings for the Quarterly Business Reviews, along with other key Finance Meetings throughout the year.

This will include extensive diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging virtual meetings, global conference calls/videoconference, supporting preparation of meeting agendas and other relevant documentation and on an ad-hoc basis managing travel arrangements including visas and supporting with expense submissions. You will need excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, good business awareness with sensitivity to confidential information, a can-do attitude balanced with a good sense of humor.

You will become an expert user across key business systems and tools such as, Box, Sharepoint etc and provide a professional point of contact for the department.
