The Commercial Servicing Network supports the Global Commercial Payments business in all their servicing needs, responsible for over 189k Corporate Clients and 14 million Corporate and OPEN Card Members and handling in excess of 12 million calls globally.

This position is responsible for supporting the Commercial Servicing Network (CSN) Executive Office, providing day to day to support to ensure the smooth running and execution on a variety of business deliverables, both ad-hoc and ongoing.

This role will report into the Manager of Business Planning, supporting the Commercial Servicing Network, and will have oversight and responsibility for global initiatives, helping CSN deliver on both short and long term priorities. The role will require good operational knowledge of Global Servicing Network, and the incumbent will have had prior experience in project and production based roles.

Key responsibilities include ongoing analysis and commentary on key performance indicators across the Commercial Servicing Network, including RTF and Customer Experience drivers, Value Generation, financial drivers including headcount and production metrics such as call volume, CHT and Abandon rates. An important element of the role will be able to understand this data, and to be able create visually powerful presentations, and as such advance PowerPoint skills are essential. Working with GSN network to drive long term priorities, including Value Generation, Digital Servicing and building next generation capabilities for our CCP’s and Customers.

Key indicators for success would include;

  • An understand of key performance indicators across the Commercial Business and the ability to interpret and understand underlying trends

  • Early warning indicators for production related issues, and the ability to work with stakeholders to ensure speedy resolution

  • The ability to understand and visualise an idea and create visually stimulating presentations for senior leadership review

  • Coordinate tasks across CSN and the broader support network to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner

  • Manage key Stakeholders/Relationships both within Global GSN and across all lines of business to drive consistent execution of CSN Long Term Priorities

  • Ability to create globally consistent branding for CSN, for presentations and communications with common look and feel across the organisation
