    Do you have a drive for results and a passion to build relationships with customers and grow sales to new levels? As a Customer Account andSales Manager,

    you will be responsible for all sales activities relating to the Daventry and Wednesbury Plants. You will be required to expand the current customer base by generating new enquiries and providing quotations in a timely manner.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expand the company sales in line with the budgeted requirements

  • Develop new business relationships

  • Manage existing accounts and maintain Customer relationship by scheduled meetings

  • Maintain profitable margins for all new projects and current business

  • Create a monthly sales report and generate quarterly sales forecasts

  • Ensure price files are regularly maintained

  • Assist the customer service team where required

  • Produce financial worksheet and Customer Quotations

  • Carry out quotation follow ups

  • Manage bi-annual Customer Survey

  • Approve new parts added to MITS system (bespoke coating services system)

  • Complete lost parts report

  • Support Management team with attendance of scheduled meetings

  • Initiate APQP and Contract review process for new parts/projects

  • Assist in budgeting process for sales revenue

  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary by the European Director of Sales

Strategic, creative thinking with strong business and financial acumen.

Ability to build relationships with and influence a wide array of personality types from diverse backgrounds.

Solid computer/ time management/prioritization skills, strong oral and written presentation skills.

Skilled at building internal and external executive level relationships.

Self-directed/motivated and drive for results oriented.

Strong market and industry knowledge,

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work and travel minimum of 50% – Periodic evening and weekend hours required for meetings and customer events, etc.
