    Working full time to contribute to an efficient and accurate payroll service for all UK business units; administration of company benefits including pension schemes, healthcare and cars.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Calculation of salary and deductions through input of all permanent and temporary data on the payroll system both manually and via interface uploads

  • Liaise with HR Managers/Officers, HRSS UK, HRSS Brno and Line Managers to ensure that all data is captured and processed accordingly

  • Review the payroll output in order to detect and reconcile any differences to ensure accurate and complete payments and deductions

  • Receive and resolve employee payroll queries

  • Ensure monthly reports relating to Company Pension Scheme are completed in a timely manner

  • Updating P11D changes in ADP and HMRC

  • Updating any requests from HMRC via ADP or via post

  • Liaise with Finance on payments and ledger issues

  • Generate monthly payroll reports

  • Complete monthly Collector of Taxes and Balancing and Thirty Party Schedule and distribute as required

  • Produce ad-hoc data and statistics using appropriate information

  • Administration of Childcare Voucher Scheme

  • Administration of Cycle to Work Scheme

  • Ad-hoc project work both individual and team

  • Any other relevant duties as required.

    Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills (Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • A clear and concise communicator.

  • Ability to provide accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.


  • General administration experience.

    Duration of the assignment and grade:

  • Fixed Term-12 Months Maternity Cover (may extend)
