In Mobility, we work with our clients to manage the complex compliance, reporting and risks inherent in deploying a globally mobile workforce. We place great importance on providing valuable tax planning advice in order to facilitate the most cost effective and efficient operations for our clients.

The Senior Tax Team Assistant will work as part of the Tax team to maximise efficiencies on allocated client accounts and to keep senior engagement teams regularly updated on work status. The role will involve proactively completing and managing non-technical client chargeable tasks, allowing technical staff to focus on the delivery of more complex technical areas.
Your Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain client files
Liaise with clients on non-technical matters e.g. meeting arrangements, co-ordinating receipt of information etc
Project management and coordination, to include both internal team and external teams
Update Interaction for client opportunities on allocated clients and as requested by client teams
Account specific budgeting and cost monitoring
Account specific billing and time analysis
Where appropriate, undertake allocated tasks within the Global Compliance Process to include:
Set up files/file documents on a number of client accounts throughout the compliance process
Prepare submission letters/packs to client and HMRC
Oversee the Tax assure reporting process, running reports for review by the client teams on a regular basis
Online filing and record management
Production of monthly programme management reports to deadlines
Delivery of global compliance filings overviews and status
Development of junior resources across team in UK and India

To qualify for the role you must have:
Good numerical skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Computer literate including a good knowledge of excel and word
A' Levels (or equivalent) and/or further education qualification e.g. HND
Evidence of working within a team (both locally and remotely if possible)
Evidence of working well under pressure
Evidence of problem solving
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Professional Services experience
Experience working within an expatriate tax team
