In this role you will be supporting a large B2B sales community with the ability to influence and impact, customer, employee and sales experiences and directly contribute to the success of the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Give the candidate an overview of the main parts of the job in a two- to three-sentence summary. Keep it simple and jargon free. Then move into bullets to bring out key skills they’ll need or things they’ll be doing. Make sure your bullets are consistent, ideally starting with verbs to get straight into the action. Format them so they’re bold, then the reader can see the role’s key elements at a glance. That’ll look like this:
Developing tactical and strategic partnerships with Sales Directors, General Managers and Sales Managers driving a focus on capability and related performance of their sales people. You will use key tools, MI and analysis to bring about a strong consultation on improving performance
Designing and delivering innovative support initiatives, programmes and bespoke coaching for managers using the data and consultation outputs. These initiatives will contribute to and deliver a programme of accredited sales capability development including associated ‘on the job’ assignments and other embedding activities that cements a common approach.
Deliver quantitative and qualitative evaluation and ROI from all development activities into the channel, demonstrating the value of activity
Working with a mix of senior stakeholders with varied and competing demand, looking to influence thinking and priorities for their channel

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Identification and delivery of core Sales skills and competencies
Business Sales methodology training design and delivery
Industry, market and segment knowledge

In your first 12 months, you’ll:
Quickly get under the skin of our Sales Communities and form strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Deliver insightful data based on behavioural, Sales and customer experience performance and demonstrate understanding of problem and solution
Design, deliver and evaluate sales programmes that provide a sustainable increase in vocational sales capability of the organisation.
Translate thoughts/ideas into tangible actions , interventions and programmes via scoping, planning, design, delivery and evaluation, working collaboratively with all relevant key stakeholders throughout Corporate managing demanding and varied priorities
