Job Title: AVON Account Personal Security Coordinator Req: 103898BR Location: Gloucester About the role: The role will report to the site Security Controller and be responsible for personal security vetting requirements, processes and controls to ensure that Raytheon and its partners adhere to applicable policies on the AVON account. Main Duties: Working closely and collaboratively with Raytheon colleagues and staff, TRT counterparts and Authority stakeholders to manage personal and procedural security matters effectively and in line with account objectives and applicable information assurance policies and directives. Ensuring that personnel background security checks are carried out and that HMG security vetting procedures are adhered to and carried out. Leading the account vetting process, including co-ordination of partner demand and creation/maintenance of clearance information. Assisting with prioritisation of personal vetting requests in line with pipeline and demand, attending to exceptions, including specialised clearance requirements. Briefing staff on personal security responsibilities as part of the Raytheon UK induction process and in line with account and customer requirements, including reading staff onto and off the programme. Working with the security controller and information assurance lead to ensure that accommodation, physical and personal security clearance conditions and control arrangements are in place and are complied with. Represent and report PERSEC status and issues to the programme’s Security Working Group and represent TRT in this and complementary security governance vehicles. Approving control, storage, recording and transfers of assets, including personal security details, in accordance with policy. Monitoring the ongoing compliance of personal aspects of customer programmes with the requirements of Accreditation Engage with Human Resources in the execution of disciplinary policies and processes associated with any potential deliberate or accidental breach of contractual, legal or regulatory requirements on the account. Staying abreast of relevant personal security policies and advising the account of changing requirements, controls, implications, options and potential solutions.
