Qualifications

As a Welcome Agent at W London Leicester Square I am one of the key talent. My role is to provide our guests, both residents and non-residents, with a wonderful and mesmerising experience with us.

As a Welcome Agent I am based both at the Welcome Desk, and in our Whatever Whenever department. My role spans both areas, giving me the opportunity to assist our guests face to face, as well as completing the vital backstage role of being a part of the brain of the hotel, where we prepare for guests arrival, handle internal and external requests over the telephone and take In- Room Dining orders.

It is my job to WOW our guests and bring our Whatever Whenever culture to life.

W is all about creating memorable experiences, and we encourage all of our talents to be creative and go the extra mile for our guests.
