Job Description

Provide dedicated support to Regional Sales Manager/Customers and Agents for pre sales activities through to receipt of order into manufacture.

Provide dedicated support to Regional Sales Manager/Customers and Agents for pre sales activities through to receipt of order into manufacture.

Provide office based support for regional representatives when Regional Sales Managers are overseas.

To provide the primary interface between the customers and internal teams to assist in achieving the teams objectives of improving our customer service.

Act as primary point of contact for customers and regional representatives.

Co-ordinate our pre sales activities by registering enquiries and liaising with Sales & Marketing and the Technical Departments in order to issue quotations and tenders in the requested format and by given deadlines / target measure.

Follow up and progress quotations to order placement.

Maintain records, files and registers of enquiries, quotations and orders.

Register new sales orders and liaise with Technical, Bill of Materials and Credit Control Departments in order to issue Work’s Orders to production with target measure.

Provide regular feedback to customers on order status.

Provide sales and customer support to Regional Sales Managers.

Liaise with regional representatives regarding enquiries and order placements.

Liaise with Marketing to send ou literature and information to customers when requested.

Act as a project co-ordinator for customer on specified projects by providing regular feedback reports.

Carry out the job requirements in full compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Support and demonstrate the '4 Values' and associated 'behaviours' in carrying out your duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Good education including GCSE's and preferably A Levels

European language preferably Spanish desirable but not essential.

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Interpersonal skills and verbal / non-verbal communication skills

Time management and organizational skills
