GM Financial TSA Manager in High Wycombe, United Kingdom
As a result of GM Financial’s agreeing the sale of its European Operations to a joint venture between PSA and BNP PF, a Transition Service Agreement (TSA) and Reverse Transition Service Agreement (RTSA) has been agreed between the parties. In order to ensure the smooth running of the transition service agreements, a TSA Manager is required for the European business to take accountability for all aspects of the delivery of services to its former parent and in ensuring that the right level of service is received in return.
Accountable for all aspects of the administration of the TSA and Reverse TSA.
Single point of contact for the raising of and responding to all service requests.
Is the main subject matter expert in regard to the TSA and Reverse TSA schedules.
Provides training and support to internal IT and business stakeholders on the terms and conditions of the TSA and RTSA documents.
Devises and runs all TSA and RTSA governance forums.
Works closely with the seller’s TSA team to ensure that any disputes are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of both parties and that any that cannot be resolved are escalated to the appropriate committee.
Accountable for ensuring the accurate billing of RTSA services and that all TSA services are correct.
Works with internal stakeholders to assist in the timely removal of RTSA services that are no longer required.
Experience of automotive financial services is a plus
Previous experience of transition service agreements is highly desirable
Fluent English Language; another European language is desirable
