Main responsibility for selling Dell EMC?s Data Protection Cloud portfolio to customers in the UK, Ireland & India.Field Sales Focus: Build a pipeline of enterprise, mid market and channel opportunities primarily through new business development.- --Prospecting: Using multiple lead-generation tools and experience / networking skills, prospect directly and work with Dell EMC teams / Channel partners to execute outbound call campaigns into both new direct prospects and Dell EMC customers.- Follow up on all leads from campaigns for qualification, subsequent sale cycles and closure.Channel Alignment:-Build relationships with new Cloud Resellers and Dell EMC Reseller sales reps that cover your assigned territory.- Build and manage relationships with assigned Dell EMC DMR and Distribution PartnersImplementing: Oversee the implementation of the Data Protection Cloud solutions (primarily Spanning & Mozy software) by the integrated account teamTake inbound/make outbound calls to businesses according to assigned market segment/geo territoryMeet all sales/service standards, quotas and protocols ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction Passionate about sales and achieving excellence in everything you do.Hunting / prospecting mentalityProven track record in BTB/Channel sales a plusPrevious high tech sales experience a plusFluency in English essentialExperience working ability to navigate in a Windows & Mac environment; PC proficientSubstantial industry knowledge as well as ability to learn Dell EMC solution sets in order to develop and drive solutionsSuccessful track record working with both local and virtual teamsStrong communication skills, excellent telephone skillsStrong attention to detailAvailable to travel internationally as required by the business Degree in a related field
