As Assistant Retail Artist Manager, you will be an ambassador for the brand by ensuring that all customers receive a personalised Bobbi experience. You will work in conjunction with the Studio Manager to ensure that team are performing to the best of their abilities and the counter is a clear representation of the Bobbi Brown aesthetic.
Within our brand, we believe in internal growth and development, by attending regular training from our Education, Artistry and Sales teams as well as working closely with the Retail Artist Manager to enhance your retail management skills.
As part of our talented Store Management team, you will consistently exceed the customer expectations acting as a role model for the team by providing personalised lessons aligned to the brand philosophy of teaching the customer simple “How To’s” in order to become her own make-up artist.
On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the Retail Artist Manager with all aspects of running the account successfully including the development and motivation of the team in order to achieve all targets and objectives in keeping with the Bobbi Brown experience.
