What You'll Do

You will drive the digital sales transformation of Cisco's virtual sales organization through a strategy that combines digital platforms, analytics, people and processes. You will leverage platforms, predictive analytics and digital selling tools and capabilities to evolve the way we sell across all motions, including Land, Adopt, Expand and Renew. Interlock with sales leadership, marketing and operations to develop and lead an effective digital selling strategy in EMEAR. Implement and oversee platform enhancements, digital selling tools, social selling, data and content that drive effective and meaningful interactions with our customers and maximizes customer lifetime value. Develop a high volume lead engine which identifies customers during their digital buying journey. Define the end-to-end lead management process that provides sellers with the right information and context to maximize conversion.

Who You'll Work With

As part of the Global Virtual Sales & Customer Success Digital Experience & Analytics team for Cisco, you will help shape Cisco's vision and positioning for our solutions to ensure that Cisco customers receive maximum value from our unique portfolio. Partner with subject matter experts within Cisco, our partners, and customers to develop an approach based on a unique point of view that will drive awareness, adoption, and success for Cisco customers. Work closely with our finance team and our own Digital Experience team to optimize budget programs and processes. You will be aligned to a cross functional team in EMEAR as well as wider global virtual sales & customer success team and will play an important job in executing upon Digital Experience and Analytics strategy across EMEAR.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educated with a degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent, with 8+ years of relevant sales, business development or marketing experience.

  • Solid project management skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working in a virtual sales organization

  • Experience with digital and social selling tools and capabilities including marketing automation platforms

  • Experience using Salesforce.com

Desired Skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and strong track record of working successfully with and influencing internal sales teams

  • Large-scale digital selling or digital marketing program management experience

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet targeted sales and market metrics

  • Working knowledge of Cisco's product and service portfolio and technical knowledge in networking, software, data center and services
