As our EMEA Theatre Services Creation Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing Meraki specific services within Cisco’s largest global partners. By utilising the Meraki Dashboard’s powerful API’s, these hugely influential organisations are redefining how networking infrastructures are leveraged. You’ll be an early contributor playing a key role in growing Meraki’s Global digital solutions route to market and shaping the go-to-market strategy in this space.

Equal parts sales, solutions architecture and business development, this high-profile role requires a diverse skillset and uber-entrepreneurial mind-set. Your success will be dependent not only on your ability to sell, but also on the relationships you develop with Meraki and Cisco account teams. This is a high-energy position requiring an individual to be inherently motivated by impact and ongoing granular improvements, while also zooming out and maintaining a visionary mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target business units within Cisco’s ITSP global partner space that will be best served by building solution offers on top of Meraki’s Dashboard platform

  • Leverage Cisco to allocate resources with the specific intent of building and positioning services powered by Meraki

  • Test and iterate on engagement models and guidelines to ensure they are falling within goals of the role

  • Work with Meraki Product Management on API and technology roadmap specific to partner needs

  • Design and Project Manage the lifecycle of solution offerings powered by Meraki in conjunction with strategic partners

  • Manage complex sales cycles with global customer deployments centred around bespoke partner solution offerings powered by Meraki

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strategic selling experience

  • 2+ years of digital solutions/services creation experience

  • Background in/familiarity with API’s

  • Experience working in a channel sales model

  • Fluent in English required, with French and German a plus

  • Proven ability to quickly build new relationships, quantify value, navigate complex organisations and influence multiple stakeholders

  • Documented track record of success

  • Ability to work in an undefined space with an entrepreneurial mind-set

  • Product Management experience a plus

  • Project Management experience a plus

  • Based in EMEA, ability to travel up to 75%
