Job Description

Endur Risk IT Analyst supporting Global LNG, NorthAmerica Crude and Gas & Power Tradingbusinesses.

  • Ensure the daily successful operation of thebusiness process inside the system andoutside

  • Acts as a “Super User” to business peers.

  • First point of contact from business users forany system questions and/or unexpectedresults

  • Responsible for assigned systemconfiguration items (reference data, new dealentry, etc.)

  • Develops and conducts training to businesspeers

  • Tests items and gives approval for migrationto production

  • Provides assurance of IT testing results foreither incidents or project itemsResponsible for managing the tactical day-to-day aspects of discovering, validating,documenting and communicating business process-related knowledge throughmodelling, simulating and analysing currentand future states

  • Working with businessrepresentatives who are the subject matterexperts in their area.

  • Continuous improvement to achieve a futurestate vision; across people, process andtechnology accommodating both businessand functional requirement

  • Support and enhance the solutions for thebusiness in their local region

  • Work with Application Developers and /orApplication Vendors to test / validateapplication changes to the solutions


  • Intermediate level of experience successfully providing business analysis services in a corporate setting;

  • Experience supporting technology solutions, including change management, application testing, data integrity management and end-user support and training;

  • Experience designing or changing business processes to gain full value from technology solutions;

  • Significant understanding of commodities trading and transaction types; both physical and financial transaction types.Crude, Gas and Power and LNG knowledge an advantage.

  • Experience with OpenLink Endur
