ORACLE NET SUITE Graduate Associate Solution Principal (ASP) Program prepares entry level candidates for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud-business arena. The 15 – 18 month program provides hands-on experience assisting the Sales & Solution Principal teams in closing business while building product & IT consulting knowledge and sales skills. We are looking to hire our next superstar consulting sales representative or solution principal in order to accelerate and grow talent from within. We promote successful graduates from our ASP program into a quota bearing or billable consultant role within the Consulting organization which provides increased earning potential. You will get the best of both worlds – training and autonomy – with the unique opportunity to be involved in closing large & complex consulting deals from day one. The program provides a unique, hands-on learning opportunity that will help give you a competitive edge early in your career.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales activities of the Solution Principals (both customer facing & internal)

  • Pre-Sales & Statement of Work (SOW) support for the Solution Principals (both customer facing & internal)

  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of ORACLE NET SUITE solutions

  • Analyzing prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions

  • Transitioning new customers into references for the Consulting organization

  • Support of the EMEA team and international travel/working from overseas Oracle offices will be required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree – preferably in business/finance/economics

  • Desire to work in the tech industry

  • Intelligent, motivated, and competitive “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude

  • Well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)

  • Fluency in English and one or more of Dutch, Swedish, German, French

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Entry-level consulting professional who has a basic understanding of solutions within a product/technology family. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs.

Performs basic duties and tasks with oversight in order to design business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. With guidance from a more senior Consulting Solution professional, applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on routine customer engagements. Builds a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.

0-2 years of experience relevant to this position preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. General product, technology or industry knowledge preferred. Ability to travel as needed.
