We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can help build Lichfields’ profile and help us to create more ground-breaking work, building on the recent successful launch of a refreshed, brighter brand.

The successful candidate will:
be designing collateral to support our marketing and business development functions – from brochures, presentations and invitations, to research and display material
develop templates and brand guidance and help maintain our in-house photo library
provide additional resource to support our client-facing designers, delivering designs for development projects such as reports, illustration and mapping, leaflets, presentations and public exhibitions.
You will help us to nurture, protect and evolve the design element of the brand we are so proud of. You will deliver creative design projects across a wide variety of platforms, working alongside a team of passionate and driven graphic designers.
You will provide assistance and support in the delivery of design projects from concept to completion, as well as inspiration and technical advice to our business, of which graphic design is a significant part.
You must have a proven track record as an exceptional creative talent, demonstrating ability across a broad spectrum of work. You will:
be a team player who brings new, innovative and creative solutions to projects and is able to communicate them effectively with clear, eye catching layouts and typography. You should be confident in preparing documents for print and have an understanding of digital processes
have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build on good relationships with in-house staff and suppliers, playing a very important role in the creative output of the graphic design team at Lichfields. A proven understanding and demonstration of the importance of deadlines, budget constraints and quality control is crucial
be bold, inquisitive and confident – we like people who have a thirst for knowledge and believe in what they do
possess good photography skills and an interest in the built environment.
You will have:
achieved BA(Hons) 2:1 or above in Graphic Design or equivalent;
2-3 years experience as a graphic designer; and
be well versed in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint.
