We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Amazon EU HR. As a member of the EMEA Campus team you’ll be responsible for managing pan-EU programs for MBA and Graduate talent development for International Consumer, AWS and Devices. Our expanding European footprint extends from UK and Ireland in the north, and Germany and Luxembourg in the center to France, Spain and Italy in the south.

Whether you have experiences in business, recruitment, HR or L&D, we are looking for someone to collaborate, create, organize, and drive development programs and talent processes from conception and design through to implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. You’ll contribute and support major Amazon initiatives in talent management and leader development.
Starting with the customer and working backwards, you will work in partnership with the business, the campus team, and leadership and development to deliver a cutting edge curriculum for graduates and MBAs joining Amazon
Actively consult with business leaders, recruiters, HR business partners and L&D professionals to influence sponsorship, implement program planning and design, and comprehensive development solutions. Organize curriculum and learning resources, leverage best practices across geographies and businesses, sequence and prioritize learning for different target needs whilst optimizing synergies across the MBA and graduate space
A high-impact contribution by collaborating across EU to build a cohesive user experience to maximize availability, accessibility and usability for our managers and employees. Central point of contact for our customers (employees, managers, HR) to respond to graduate and MBA program inquiries and needs as well as communicate key messages, updates and results.
Manage the end-to-end experience in our MBA and graduate program including forecasting and planning, resource certification, registration process, logistics, budget, and evaluation of programs and processes.
Working with business leadership sponsors, to deliver orientation program, support rotations where relevant, oversee mentorship support to help accelerate growth of our leadership pipeline. The goal is to provide these high-value contributors with a well-rounded knowledge base, leadership and cross-functional skill set that will provide accelerated development into future high performing retail category and business leaders.
Host events and identify effective resources to support leadership development, induction and learning series and Amazon culture working with executive sponsors and role model leaders. Conduct Train-the-Trainer events to prepare our leaders to share expertise and facilitate learning.
Maintain goal targets, completion and quality metrics. Prepare metrics dashboard for quarterly talent reviews and query data for on-going monitoring and improvements.
Collaborate and drive global and international projects in talent management, category leadership pipeline development, mentorship/coaching, career development, diversity, and Amazon culture.
Team up with our talented professionals in our global campus recruitment and local learning community. Opportunities to learn and discover best practices instructional design, learning methodology, and facilitation skills. Explore and leverage leadership development thought leaders (within and outside of Amazon) and discover how their unique insights translate (or don’t) into the Amazon leadership culture.
Demonstrated experience implementing comprehensive programs and process improvement activities.
