Support and lead on charitable initiatives and activities
Operations & Results:
First Point of contact for the GBG Europe Footwear and Accessories Office and the face of the company.
Effectively manage a busy meeting room calendar
Ensure reception area and showrooms are immaculately presented, liaising with the Office Manager regarding any maintenance issues.
Arrange couriers, distribute incoming post and parcels and use the franking machine to prepare outgoing post.
Customers & Relationships:
Provide catering for client meetings as and when required
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Deal with telephone enquiries in a prompt, friendly and accurate manner.
Leadership & Teams:
- Have an awareness of all appointments in the company calendar and assist in ensuring smooth running of appointments during selling season
Work Closely with office manager, supporting them with any EA/Office Management Projects as required, coordinating lunch breaks and holidays.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent word processing and IT skills
Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
Excellent customer service levels
Experience on front of house reception and in a customer service environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Be organised, accurate and thorough, with excellent attention to detail
Friendly, welcoming and confident
Ability to prioritise and with a proactive approach to work, happy to ‘muck in’
Capable of working independently but a great team player
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and to tight deadlines
