Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition (EMEA), this role will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of approved requisitions across the EMEA region. You will work closely with Global Talent Acquisition Account Managers (GAM’s), HR BP’s and hiring managers to deliver an efficient and high quality recruitment experience.

In addition, you will attract, source and select candidates for positions, ensuring the delivery of a high quality experience for applicants and presenting the IHS brand in an engaging and appealing manner.

Responsibilities include :

  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions (between 20-40) and ensure the delivery of a positive recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels (Social Media, referrals, advertising etc.) with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing strategies and low dependency on recruitment agencies

  • Review, screen, shortlist and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics of all interviews arrangements

  • Coordinate offer negotiations with successful applicants

  • Present company and position in a professional manner

  • Handle administrative duties required to fill positions to include updating applicant tracking system, spreadsheets and completing paperwork as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle (briefings with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding)

  • Experience of working with hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders in the recruitment experience

  • Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible

  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects is essential

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, international (across EMEA) and multi-location basis

  • Demonstrated propensity to take initiative

  • Skilled in negotiation, judgment and decision-making

  • Strong follow through and customer service orientation

  • Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner

  • Strong communication skills and must enjoy working as part of a high performing team

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with others

  • Experience working with SuccessFactors applicant tracking system highly desirable but not essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
