Job Purpose:

To join the Equity Structuring team for a Payoff innovation role covering EMEA retail and institutional clients for EquityandHybrid products as well as other retail projects (credit diversification, new Underlyings set up…)

Job Background/context:

The person will sit within the Equity Structuring desk focusing on Investor clients reporting to Structuring functions.

In coordination with trading and sales, the candidate will provide product pricings and be responsible of complex trades’ execution.

In coordination with solution groups, the person will be responsible to actively push news products and solutions to investor sales and their clients with the objective to increase franchise and revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

•Pricing and idea innovation on Equity and Hybrids products

•Trades execution in coordination with Sales

•Involvement in various innovative projects and complex solutions, interaction with trading, legal and other support functions

•Clients Meetings and Presentations

Development Value :

•Exposure to both structuring and solution environments for Investor business

•Will be involved in innovative solutions

•Will work in collaboration with trading, sales, quant and legal functions

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

Ideally extensive years experience within a Structured Product or Derivatives Sales role with a potential background in Structuring or Trading.

Skills:

•Very strong interpersonal and communication skills

•Previous Trading,Structuring or Quant experience in pricing complex exotics required

•knowledge of Exotic products

•Good IT skills

Qualifications:

Economics, Quantitative degree from a leading University

Competencies:

•Foreign languages outside English

•IT (C, VBA, Python)
