Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition (EMEA), the TA Coordinator will work closely with managers, recruiters and the wider HR team to provide support to ensure the smooth running of the TA function across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the EMEA TA team with scheduling/coordinating interviews for candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintaining the recruitment system with updated information for candidates and requisitions including the posting of vacancies internally and externally

  • Assist recruiters with entry and management of job requisitions; candidate submittals; interview dates and resulting next steps

  • Video Interview/Skype/WebEx organisation for interviews and meetings

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reimbursement forms from Candidates

  • Greet, escort and answer questions for candidates onsite for interviews including passport verification

  • Point of contact for follow up questions and recruiting process guidance for both hiring managers and candidates

  • Assist with use of LinkedIn to support local recruitment processes including advertising of vacancies

  • Coordination of the finance and invoice process for recruitment related expenditure

  • General administrative and operational responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition team

  • Provide administrative & operational support including diary management to the Director of TA (EMEA)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Administrative experience in a Customer Service or Human Resources environment

  • Experience working with Applicant tracking systems desirable

  • Experience working with SAP is desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications is required

  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Must be able to develop strong working relationships with a customer service focus

  • Must work well in a team environment

  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment is essential
