VP, Marketing and Communications for Mastercard Payment Gateway Services
The position is responsible for leading the team to drive development of global B2B marketing strategies, working directly with the President of Mastercard Payment Gateway Services and the key business leaders. This position has high visibility across the organization and the incumbent will interact with all functional areas globally. This is a hands on role managing a team who deliver end to end marketing activity from strategic planning to tactical delivery across full B2B Product marketing mix.

Corporate level marketing, messaging, collateral delivery
Regional/ Customer engagement & communications
Campaign planning & management
Bid Management/ Sales Excellence
Content generation & thought leadership
Internal marketing, awareness & training
Key specific responsibilities include:
Deepening relationship with key business unit leaders to build a collaborative partnership
Driving the development of marketing initiatives, strategies and execution plans through the annual strategic planning process
Applying thought leadership, strategic and analytical rigor to marketing product strategies to drive structure and deeper insight
Shaping communications of strategic recommendation to drive alignment across Marketing & other GPS functions
Ensuring alignment of strategy to investment opportunities, partnering across the Marketing and Finance.
Executive presence and relationship building skills across all levels to foster credibility and trust
Aptitude in facilitating dialogue, challenging and guiding thinking and in influencing senior executives
Oversee the marketing planning strategy which includes joint management of regional planning
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key constituents across the business (e.g. Global and Regional Product, Regional Heads of Marketing Development, Account teams, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, etc.) to ensure successful project execution
Create and maintain detailed project documentation as well as executive summary level status reports on a regular basis
Prepare strategic presentations in the preparation of briefing documents for Operating & Executive Committee meetings and Board materials.
May serve as the Marketing representative on a variety of cross-functional committees and work streams pertaining to strategy, competitive intelligence and other special projects.

Ability to lead a global team - 4 in London (marketing), 1 in London (bid management), 2 in St Louis (marketing)
Willingness, ability and flexibility to move from strategic to hands on activities
