Summary: Working within the Sales Operations team, supporting the sales community producing a variety of high level reports for distribution on a daily and monthly basis. The role will report in through Sales Operations, but will be a key interface between Finance and Sales.

Typical duties in the role will include, sales forecasting, tracking sales orders & gross margin, performance reporting & providing monthly PSP support documents across our sales channel

Ideally you will have an analytical mind-set, comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst always maintaining attention to detail with a real customer centred approach.

An individual who is Pro-active & quick to adapt, can prioritise tasks and manage expectations.

Ideal Systems Experience: - Proficient excel knowledge required – successful candidate will be using SUMIF(S),VLOOKUPS,PIVOT TABLES, Complex IF statements, INDEX formulas, INDIRECT formula - Previous experience on salesforce.com/ServiceMax preferred - Knowledge of Jwalk, Monarch, Essbase & Mentor beneficial - Good overall understanding of Microsoft package including Outlook and PowerPoint
