This role will consist of creating & maintaining documentation for Brandbank’s products and services, aligned with Nielsen style guidelines. And the creation of e-learning material -screencasts, video and LMS systems.

Including the following responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Project and Development teams to plan and create documents according to the business needs.

  • Working with the training team to create training support material

  • Liaising with the Product Manager, Developers and subject experts to interpret technical specifications, prototypes and applications.

  • Creating accurate and timely user guides and reference manuals.

  • Centralising all technical and learning support documentation and managing the change management process.

  • Liaising with product management to ensure documents are available for all required languages.

A good candidate will possess these attributes:

  • Good interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills, to be able to gather information from and for people

  • Ability to produce documents using existing style templates and to agreed standard

  • Ability to produce visually attractive ideas, concepts and instructions, accurately with appropriate attention to detail

  • Excellent use of English, demonstrating a feel for words and a good command of grammar, vocabulary and terminology, as well as the ability to express instructions clearly and briefly in plain English

  • Willing to learn new internal bespoke software applications, processes and technical concepts

  • Takes genuine pride in designing and presenting material

  • Track record of project managing assignments, meeting deadlines and working to tight schedules.
