Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm

Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £16 - £18k (dependent on experience)

To manage the coordination of a comprehensive Recruitment service to the highest standards, primarily for CPM’s field operation, and providing flexible Recruitment support to other areas of the business as required.

  • Working closely with recruiters, client service managers and senior managers to coordinate recruitment requirements.

  • To provide support to the recruitment team, regarding all aspects of recruitment

  • Liaise with recruiters and candidates on a daily basis.

  • Scheduling interviews, raising PO's, posting of advertisements, and daily andministration support

  • Providing the recruiters with support when needed conducting telephone screens & face to face behavioural-based interviews.

  • Maintain the Applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Responsible for any other task identified by the line manager as falling reasonably within the scope and range of the position.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fully proficient in MS Office

  • Excellent time management

  • Excellent co-ordination and organisational skills

  • Ability to respond quickly and provide the appropriate solution in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Show flexibility and adaptability when working on internal or client related projects often with short deadlines.

  • Well organised with ability to work individually and as part of a team sometimes under pressure.
