Reporting to the Recruitment Manager
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £16 - £18k (dependent on experience)
To manage the coordination of a comprehensive Recruitment service to the highest standards, primarily for CPM’s field operation, and providing flexible Recruitment support to other areas of the business as required.
Working closely with recruiters, client service managers and senior managers to coordinate recruitment requirements.
To provide support to the recruitment team, regarding all aspects of recruitment
Liaise with recruiters and candidates on a daily basis.
Scheduling interviews, raising PO's, posting of advertisements, and daily andministration support
Providing the recruiters with support when needed conducting telephone screens & face to face behavioural-based interviews.
Maintain the Applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsible for any other task identified by the line manager as falling reasonably within the scope and range of the position.
Excellent communication skills
Fully proficient in MS Office

Ability to respond quickly and provide the appropriate solution in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to problem solve
Show flexibility and adaptability when working on internal or client related projects often with short deadlines.
Well organised with ability to work individually and as part of a team sometimes under pressure.
