The Field Manager is essential in overseeing and managing the region’s couriers ‘final mile’ delivery service.
Your job will be to ensure that the business and customer expectations are met by driving an excellent customer experience. You’ll make sure KPIs are continually monitored in order to meet customer satisfaction and minimise enquiries through issue resolution and escalation management. Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You'll have accountability for specific tasks such as:
Reviewing the service performance with self-employed couriers for all delivery types
Working alongside the Compliance Manager on targets
Interviewing, selecting and on-boarding couriers that fit the courier profile
Negotiating service cost, pay rates & rate reviews for couriers
Responsible for Service performance in nominated Sub Depots
