We are seeking an innovative, strategic leader to serve as our Director of Enterprise Sales for the EMEA regions. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers in becoming the Trusted Digital Partner for our customers, enabling the achievement of their objectives.

This leadership role leads the team to achieve revenue and gross profit goals that support Black Box’s fiscal year plans and growth targets, is responsible for coaching, managing and enabling Account Managers through all opportunities and accounts by providing guidance and development needed to be successful. The Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for their team achieving plan, closing net new business, expanding Black Box’s footprint within current clients and utilizing social selling to prospect new clients.

  • Train, develop, manage and coach sales professionals to produce world class results.

  • Identify customer needs and effectively illustrate the need to understand and overcome customer objections.

  • Enable sales reps to connect client’s business objectives with Black Box’s offerings and solutions.

  • Effectively manage a team that sells a broad portfolio of products across a wide range of industries.

  • Build and expand relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and other Black Box Team Members.

  • Provide expertise in areas of interest by discussing industry best practices and development of strategies to respond to changing market conditions.

  • Enable your direct reports to establish themselves as a “Trusted Advisor” to the customer.

  • Bring new and innovative ideas to direct reports to share with the customer.

  • Build an environment of team work, continuous improvement and a commitment to excellence.

  • Education - University level degree in a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience and track record working across multiple countries and cultures in EMEA.

  • 10+ years of sales related experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and other local languages.

  • Proven record of managing teams that meet/exceed established goals.

  • Excellent talent management, coaching and team development skills. Experience in working within Technology/Communication Industry.     

  • Excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
