Specific functions: To support the Manufacturing operation by maximizing production uptime and capability, by completion of Safety checks, Work Requests, Planned & Preventative Maintenance tasks, Corrective Actions and Project Work. Use initiative to consistently and proactively track and improve equipment safety and effectiveness.
30 % - Completion of Work Requests, planned & Preventative Maintenance tasks, Corrective Actions and Project Work.
30% - Respond to and resolve plant and equipment breakdowns/failures in a controlled and risk assessed manner.
15% - Record and Report all daily work related activity and utilisation.
15% - Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to deliver change through inclusion and team work.
10% - Identify spares requirements and raise purchase requisitions for replacement components, manage spares inventory.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Industrial Maintenance role in a high volume manufacturing environment. Engineer will need to work independently and prioritise work in accordance with goals set, whilst responding to the daily needs of the manufacturing team.
