The DuPont Photovoltaic and Advanced Materials Business (PVAM) is focused on applying DuPont’s extensive experience in thick film pastes and Tedlar® polyvinyl fluoride films to a broad set of material science challenges, ranging from Photovoltaic, advanced electronics through aircraft interiors. With our materials, electrical designers can create printable, stretchable, and moldable electronics. Ceramic circuitry can endure high temperatures and the most challenging environments. Commercial, industrial, and residential environments are preserved through highly durable coverings. PVAM also offers a broad portfolio of innovative materials and technology solutions designed to increase the lifetime and power output of solar modules, while reducing overall system costs.

Target markets includes a wide range of industries like photovoltaic, electronics, wind energy, aerospace, automotive and other industrial applications.


The PVAM Business is seeking to hire a Strategic Account Manager for the Tedlar® and Paste product lines focused on the Printed Electronic, Aerospace and Industrial market segments in EMEA.

The position manages a portfolio of direct and indirect customers and distributors including some Strategic Accounts.

The primary responsibilities for thisposition include:

Management of selected strategic and key accounts in EMEA for the Tedlar® and Paste product lines in the Printed Electronic, Aerospace and Industrial markets

Build long term and strong partnerships with them while develop relationship of trust at all levels of the account(s)

Become the natural first contact for the account(s) for requests and new developments

Develop key account plans & implement account strategy

New potential Customers development and/or expanding business sales to existing accounts, predict and analyze customer needs, values and trends in several market segments

Identify new impactful opportunities for existing and new products and offerings through interaction with potential Customers at all levels, driving it to rapid success.

Work with channel partners/distributors to grow them, align objectives and build commitment for mutual success

Communicate product benefits and make appropriate recommendations, help customers understand the potential uses for PVAM products and the corresponding value for their organizations

Carries individual sales quota & responsible for revenue generation

Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the Territory

Maintain pool of potential opportunities and prioritize for periodic review

Responsible for proper forecasting collection and OTL submission linked to the DIBM process

Directly report to the PVAM Regional Sales Manager and work with the Technical Service and Customer Service Team Members





  • Background in the Electric/Electronic industries

  • Ability to quickly understand and assimilate new technologies, products and processes

  • Business acumen

  • Demonstrated strong key account & distributor management skills

  • Highly effective selling & negotiation skills

  • Results oriented: can demonstrate a track record of setting clear priorities and goals and delivering against them

  • An excellent communicator who is highly effective at building and maintaining networks

  • Effective written, oral and presentation skills

  • Team player

Preferred but not Required

  • Degree in Marketing is a preference

  • Experience with

  • French or German would be an advantage
