This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based at Stirling.
Manage travel requirements for the business and maintain relevant registers;
Mentor Apprentice Administrator(s) where necessary;
Maintain up-to-date internal registers – telephone lists; contacts list; car registration; roll call lists etc.;
Raise and keep track of all internal work instructions;
Issue access key fobs and maintain up-to-date register;
Maintain up-to-date roll call, first aid and emergency response team notices;
Maintain office supplies for meetings, lunches etc.
Maintain and update Group data to Sharepoint;
Organise lunches as and when required;
Manage and maintain stationery stock;
Ensure on site shredding bins emptied as per contract;
Ensure sufficient supply of mailroom stock;
Cover Reception as and when required;
Assist Office Manager and team as and when required;
Raising equipment CAPEX for new employees;
Various other ad-hoc duties.
Have previous experience of working in an office environment
Hold an SVQ relevant to Business Administration
Proven experience in document control and filing
Skilled in multitasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient on all relevant software packages
The successful candidate will require a DBS Check
Hours of Work: The working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week
Please note this is a Fixed Term role for 15 months.
