As Product Support Analysts, we receive customer calls and respond to e-mail and Self-Service requests every day. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support and service to Cherwell Customers, Partners and Internal teams in the DACH region

  • Respond to service requests and customer requests in a timely manner

  • Document the request and update customer accounts

  • This position may be required to mentor less experienced peers and complete other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; will consider combination of education and work experience

  • 4 years of technical support

  • 2 years of external facing support or customer service

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and MS office suite

  • Intermediate knowledge of IIS installation and configuration

  • Working knowledge of server virtualization/VM Ware

  • Working knowledge of network admin: Active Directory, LDAP, VPN, Proxies,TCP/IP, HTTP,SMS, MOM

  • Familiarity with Network Diagnostics (Ping, Wireshark, Netstat or other)

  • Familiarity with two & three tier client/server architecture
