We are looking for an experienced, motivational and sales-driven Assistant Manager to join our Harrods Women Ready to wear Concession.Acting as a Brand Ambassador this role has responsibility to assist the Manager in motivating the team to maximise profitable sales whilst ensuring all KPIs and guidelines are delivered. To run and operate an efficient store which represents the brand image and delivers world class customer service.BRAND AMBASSADORExcite and instill passion and pride for the brandEmbody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNALead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the brandGENERAL STORE VM/CLIENT MANAGEMENTAssist in the implementation and maintenance of all visual guidelinesMaintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all timesEnhance customer service standards in store to ensure world class service is delivered at all timesDrive utilisation of client books and aftersales care to ensure loyalty in our customers and achieve sales objectivesMotivate Sales Consultants and develop standards for quality of the selling ceremony, customer service, grooming are maintained and consistent with brand requirements.SALES/BUSINESS MONITORINGAssist in tracking, monitoring and communicating sales targets and KPIsEnsure stock loss is minimised by conducting weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes and maintaining stock room standardsContinue to develop sales techniques and assist in the development of Sales Consultants sales techniques to maximize salesKeep up to date of market trends in the retail industry (specifically UK RTW and LG market), understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doingDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandise, and develop product knowledge among the teamTEAM MANAGEMENT/BACK OFFICELead the team through morning briefings, objective setting, training and direct coaching together with your line managerCreate a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiencyEnsure all Company policies and procedures are adhered toInstruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returnsAssist the Manager to oversee store operations including daily reconciliation reports, bank statements and sales reports to UK Finance Team and Head OfficeEnsure cash banking is carried out accurately on a weekly basisEvaluate the performance of each Sales Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure resultsAssist in day to day needs of the business and administrationDeputise for the the Manager in their absence
