We are looking for exceptional candidates to identify and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team covering both the Dutch and UK markets therefore fluent English and Dutch language skills are required.

The successful candidates will uncover opportunities, and book in field meetings, through prospecting and demonstrating tenacious and consultative phone techniques.

This role is perfect for somebody interested in a career in sales, looking for a company that will develop them, and offer first-hand experience of every step of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting an appointment for field sales reps in the UK and Dutch.

  • Ask a series of questions to identify the potential sales needs within an organisation, and use this information to secure field appointments.

  • Record sales important information in our CRM and share it with relevant parties in the sales teams.

  • Manage a monthly pipeline of prospects to achieve set targets.

  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts to Management.

  • Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified meetings in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.

  • Learn and understand the value proposition of LexisNexis BIS solutions and products and effectively communicate this understanding to prospective customers.

  • Represent LexisNexis in a professional manner at all times.

  • Keep accurate records in our CRM by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data.

  • Track, qualify and route leads sent from all sources.

  • Other duties as assigned.

You will be:

  • Up to 1 years’ experience in a B2B telephone based role.

  • Fluent in Dutch.

  • Natural conversationalist, able to uncover sales important information through asking questions and listening to the responses.

  • Well organised and able to work fast without compromising on quality.

  • Excellent communicator, will ensure sales important information is communicated to the right people at the right time.

  • Phone confident, happy to talk to gatekeepers, influencers and signatories throughout the whole day.

  • Positive thinker, able to remain upbeat and see the positive in every situation even after rejection.

  • High energy, capable of conducting a large volume of activities on a daily basis.

  • Driven, will work with a purpose and end goal in mind.
