Role: Financial Analyst, Reporting & Analytics
Location: Pinewood Campus, Wokingham, Berkshire.
The newly created cross-sector Business Services Centre of Excellence (BS CoE) has responsibility for providing financial planning services, business analytics and reporting solutions for Finance organizations all over the EMEA region as well as all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson.
The main objective of the BS CoE is to provide centralized financial services and standardize the financial planning and reporting processes. This is achieved in alignment and close co-operation with the enterprise wide Global Financial Standardization initiative.
This position will be a financial analyst with strong technical skills in reporting and analytics who can create reports & analytical solutions with new data on regular basis

As a Financial Analyst, Reporting & Analytics, your typical day may include:
Updating of reports & analytics solutions with new data on regular basis
Perform data reconciliations to ensure highest level of data integrity
Maintenance of master data hierarchies
Resolving end user queries and support via the Helpdesk
Provide ad hoc analytical & report development support to end user for non-standard business analysis needs
Support on-going training to end users on all reporting & analytics platforms
Evolve and enhance standard reporting & analytics tools and reporting catalogues in line with business needs and feedback
Further streamlining of Reporting & Analytics team processes/activities to maximize efficiency
Keeping abreast of developments in the business analytics arena both internally and external
Perform other work related duties as assigned.
To be part of this high performing team you will have great attention to detail, alongside:
3-5 years in a FP&A/Systems Finance role
Strong interest to work with financial systems and a profound technical understanding
Seasoned leadership skills to influence team work & achieve deliverables commitments.
Able to manage competing priorities and complex issues and at the same time keeping the overall overview.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to synthesize facts into meaningful information and lead action oriented meetings with team members and senior stakeholders.
Proficient MS Office skills and ideally experience with Qlikview
