JOB PURPOSE

Service Centre Admin

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Data entry for Health and Safety system

  •  Coordinating between suppliers and the workshop on services

  •  Generating service reports and quotes

  •  General administrative work

  • Cover admin duties including reception and switchboard in times of absence and busy periods to include:

  1. Greeting cutomers, ensuring all signing in and safety procedures are carried out. Supplying refreshments when necessary

  2. Keeping In/Out board up to date in case of emergency, if evacuation of building necessary reponsible for taking board with them for registration

  3. Answering telephone and ensuring callers are put through to the correct department, taking messages when people are unavailable

  4. General administrative duties

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel and Outlook

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

 Needs to have a good all round working knowledge of general office duties

 Reception experience

 Telephone duties
