Job Description

Team/Function Overview

The Data Analytics Application Support group provide technical application support for around 40 applications with a large user base all around the world. Our application set provides Custody and Asset Servicing functions for Citi’s institutional clients.

Role / Position Overview

The Data Analytics support team is part of Production Services group for the wider Markets and Securities Services Technology department which sits within Citi’s ICG organisation. The is role would require you to lead a large global team. You would be responsible for the stability of the production environment, delivery of departmental goals and targets, stakeholder relationship management and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct people management for all resources and Application Support managers

• Delivery of stability and efficiency (elimination of repetitive or manual activities) targets

• KPI tracking and continuous improvement

• Recruitment, resourcing and location strategy for the group

• Stakeholder relationship management with operations (our internal customers), development and business partners

• Handle escalations and resource coordination of high severity major incidents

• Vendor management

• Previous experience of managing a large global team
