This position reports to the Homes General Counsel Leader with a matrix reporting line to Gregoire Le Bret, ISC VP. The position is based in EMEA
The scope of the role will be to develop and deploy the Global Homes strategy for Health, Safety, Environmental, Remediation, Product Stewardship as well as Sustainability initiatives.
The role will cover all elements of HSEPS within the Homes business including all manufacturing, office locations & Field Operations.
As the Homes Health, Safety & Environmental (HSEPS) Director your key responsibilities will be to:
•Lead a multi skilled team of HSEPS professionals that will include 6 direct reports and a total team of around 45 HSEPS employees.
•Continuously improve the common operating systems and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Homes HSEPS programs.
•Ensure compliance with both the Homes HSEPS Management System and all country regulatory requirements.
•Monitor emerging HSEPS regulations that could impact the Homes operations, summarize the potential impacts, and identify actions required to respond to, or prepare for the identified impacts.
•Provide oversight and management of the Environmental Remediation portfolio across the Homes locations.
•Assist in resolving potential non-compliance, enforcement actions or litigation regarding HSEPS matters.
•Provide direction, oversight and guidance for all aspects of HSEPS at the relevant Homes locations. This includes HSEPS initiatives, Management system standards, as well as locally appropriate HSEPS regulatory compliance.

YOU MUST HAVE
- BSc or MSc or other equivalent degree in HSE or Engineering.
- At least 10 years’ experience in delivering HSEPS services & demonstrating progressive leadership.
- Knowledgeable in HSEPS compliance, emerging regulations and trends
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, strategic thinker
- Success of leading and developing teams
- Black Belt/TPM/Lean expert
- Extensive experience in HSE&F
- Progressive experience in Facilities programs
- Managed HSEF in site facility
- Record of progressive HS&E experience
- Masters Degree preferred
