In a typical day as a Personal Assistant, you would

  • Be responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for management level employees

  • Schedule appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for management level employees, answering/screening/routing emails and telephone calls and preparing expense reports

  • Prepare presentations, make travel arrangements, share best practice with the general administrative staff of the department and other established general administrative requirements of the organisation

  • Coordinate the administrative work within the assigned segments, working with other departments/divisions

  • Supervise the activities of other non-exempt employees

  • Usually work on multiple issues/projects

Education and Experience Required:

  • High school education or equivalent; some college level education highly preferred.

  • Typically requires a minimum of 6+ years administrative experience in an Executive Support role

  • Demonstrable experience working with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support multiple project administrative requirements.

  • Regarded as the key administrative employee of a division or is a primary administrative employee in a company.

  • Specific advanced software skills as required by the division.

  • Have excellent in verbal and written communication skills
