Your Role

Your Main Responsibilities: -

The Retail Administrator will support the Customer teams, specifically the Customer Account Managers (CAMs) with all administrative tasks and provide them with the information they require on a day-to-day basis. Including:

  • Monitoring a variety of sources both internal and external and inputting information into both customer and internal systems

  • Regular and ad hoc reporting and use of customer-specific systems

  • Promotional Support

  • Siebel input

  • Nomination Forms

  • S&OP – STV Meetings

  • Rebates & Provisions

  • Joint Business Plans Tracking

  • Competitor Activity

  • Price Claims and Price Bible

  • Customer Administration

  • Customer team support for Trade Shows, Catalogues, etc.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • The successful candidate will have higher level educational and / or professional qualifications or a proven track record in a customer environment and already be used to delivering work required by the job profile.

  • They must be IT literate, possess good attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise and manage their workload, delivering to a deadline with accuracy.

  • Project Management experience would be advantageous, particularly working across teams with varying requirements.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills required.
