Job Purpose The Channel Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating and implementing country and segment-specific marketing campaigns, ultimately driving net new assets growth. Language proficiency and familiarity with asset management products is required. In addition, the role necessitates strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

This West End based role requires the individual to:

  • Create and implement country and segment-specific marketing campaigns, including inputting on country-level strategy and collaborating with team members (Digital, Comms & Events, Investment Writing, & Branding)
  • Execute tactics to generate leads (NNA) or build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activity is aligned with sales goals
  • Quantitatively and qualitatively assess the efficacy of channel marketing activities and communicate findings
  • Project manage the creation of required marketing materials, working with writers, design, digital, product management, research, events, legal and other teams as required
  • Engage with third-party partners, ranging from advertisers, event providers and others to plan marketing activities
  • Gather market research, including segment sizing, fund flows, competitor analysis and customer needs to understand the customer journey and market environment
  • Work with Source marketing and other teams to support product launches
Qualifications

Experience/Skills

  • A relevant undergraduate or graduate degree is highly desirable
  • Financial services / asset management experience required, preferably in a country marketing role
  • Prior experience in the ETP industry is highly desirable
  • Language proficiency essential
  • Proven organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Data analysis to measure channel marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent attention to detail
