TwentyEighty Client Engagement Manager in London, United Kingdom
Proactively lead the delivery of client work by managing a wide range of client projects to achieve desired results. Manage the research, design, development, measurement and implementation of targeted learning solutions designed in support of client growth initiatives. Effectively manage client stakeholders and build key relationships within the client account. Lead internal teams to meet, or exceed, client expectations.
This will be a 12 month fixed term position
Provide internal and external project leadership for client engagements which may involve design customisation, blended learning solutions, delivery in multiple countries and languages and/or other implementation challenges, while consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction within time and budget parameters.
Create and maintain long-term relationships with senior level client stakeholders. Providing implementation support and advice.
Lead and manage AchieveForum project teams to achieve agreed client deliverables and deadlines, utilising resources efficiently and effectively.
Apply AchieveForum’s Project Management approach to effectively plan, track, and manage an engagement’s activities to meet, or exceed, client expectations.
Identify and manage risks, working with key stakeholders to mitigate and escalate in a timely manner, as required.
Manage facilitator briefings, ongoing faculty management, feedback and evaluation.
Utilise AchieveForum’s financial management process to manage project financials, margins, and expenses; along with resource utilisation, from the initial scoping through to project completion.
Materials management: Coordinate editing, graphics, production, and feedback methods for client deliverables and engagements.
Evaluation management: Collect, collate and present feedback and/or measurement data in relation to client engagements.
Partner with Sales and the project team in re-scoping situations, when necessary and as quickly as possible.
Build knowledge of AchieveForum’s content and the business issues we address with clients.
Provides support for business development, local and regional initiatives, as required.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff inside of AchieveForum, some of whom may not be physically located in the same office or region.
The ability to build relationships with; and influence external core client team members, stakeholders, audience members, distributors and third party suppliers will be critical to success in this role.

Experience of building and maintaining client relationships is necessary. As well as relevant experience in a project/account management role in a learning environment.
Previous experience working at a consulting firm is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
Expert level MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel). Senior-level project and financial management skills, along with effective presentation, business writing and verbal communication skills are required.
The ability to quickly obtain and demonstrate knowledge of AchieveForum content will be critical to success in this role.
