Human Resources acts as a strategic partner and supports the Group, Divisions and Functions in achieving their respective Human Capital strategy by attracting, developing and retaining talent. Working with the business on its biggest talent related challenges and aiming for the highest process efficiency are core. The function helps the business adhere to the critical Credit Suisse policies and guidelines, and Conduct and Ethics Standards. The HR function supports the Divisions and Functions in achieving their goals by providing both, group-wide leading edge practices as well as tailored services and solutions.

  • Serve as a trusted sparring partner and change agent to regional and functional senior management

  • Build and implement a People Strategy for the respective areas

  • Provide strategic HR counsel, mentoring, and consulting that enables managers to turn IWM business strategy into practice

  • Take accountability for the delivery across all HR Services to the covered business by involving the whole organization including subject matter experts such as recruitment, professional development, compensation

  • Represent HR with key clients (CEO for CSUK Ltd, CEO for CSAM, Managing Member for Aventicum, Board members, Non-Executive Directors) in order to advance the human capital agenda

  • Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner

  • You should be self-driven, able to operate independently, enjoy supporting change and working in a dynamic environment

  • You will have excellent business acumen with a deep strategic perspective and the ability to quickly understand business strategy and turn it into tangible actions

  • Sound understanding of the regulatory impact and Board level requirements on all HR related topics and due to the unique structure of one legal entity

  • Experience of developing solid relationships with relevant management teams and advising in resolution of critical individual HR cases

  • First class communicator; written and spoken

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills: ability to relate to a wide range of individuals at all levels and establish good relationships
